80 m from the gondola's arrival station, 30 m from drag lift 4 and 80 m from drag lift 3, which links to the rest of the ski area. A 3-star duplex with separate entrances, plus a 25-seat buffet bar; celebration meals can be arranged. Cars aren't allowed into the resort in winter: walk up from the car park, use local transport, or take the gondola from Lupeni.
